格隆匯 7 月 10日丨萬東醫療(600055.SH)公告,5%以上非第一大股東俞熔因個人資金需求安排,計劃通過集中競價方式,自本公告之日起15個交易日後的六個月內累計減持本公司無限售條件股份不超過10,816,000股,即不超過本公司當前已發行股份總數的2%,該部分股份來源於2017年4月以協議轉讓方式受讓。若公司發生送股、資本公積金轉增股本等股份變動事項,該減持股份數將進行相應調整,本次減持價格按照減持實施時的市場價格確定。
