野村:內地汽車改革料令內險保費收入增長放緩
野村發表研究報告指,中國銀保監會發布有關車險改革的諮詢文件,並要求財產險企業提供意見。該行指,改革的步伐符合預期,亦是市場所期望的。在產險領域上,野村的首選為中國財險(2328.HK)。
野村表示,改革的程度超出預期,支出及虧損比率由以往的35%及65%,分別調整為25%及75%,反映收取的保費將會減少,從而增加了費用控制的壓力。不過,即使收取的保費較少,但商業及第三方強制性汽車保險的覆蓋範圍將會擴大。
該行又指,一旦中國全面實施汽車改革,預計汽車保險保費收入增長將放緩;由於以前的均衡監管方式將會繼續,合併比率將逐漸提高;大型企業或更快地使較小型的競爭對手退出車業業務。
