盈趣科技(002925.SZ)：股價異動 客户IQOS電子煙產品取得FDA授權的MRTP
格隆匯 7 月 9日丨盈趣科技(002925.SZ)公佈，廈門盈趣科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”或“本公司”)股票(證券簡稱：盈趣科技，證券代碼：002925)於2020年7月7日、7月8日、7月9日連續三個交易日內收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計超過20%，根據《深圳證券交易所交易規則》的有關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動情況。
針對公司股票異常波動，公司董事會對公司、控股股東及實際控制人就有關事項進行了核查，相關情況説明如下：
1、公司前期所披露的信息，不存在需要更正、補充之處。
2、公司電子煙客户PhilipMorrisInternational(菲利普莫里斯,以下簡稱“PMI”)於美國時間2020年7月7日在其官網披露《TheU.S.FDAauthorizesPMI’sIQOSasamodifiedrisktobaccoproduct》的相關報道，主要內容如下：美國食品藥品監督管理局(以下簡稱“FDA”)授權PMI的IQOS產品作為一種緩和風險型煙草產品(MRTP)進行市場營銷。PMI已投入72億美元用於研發無煙產品，於2016年12月向FDA提交了IQOS產品的MRTP申請，於2019年4月取得FDA授權其IQOS產品在美國預銷售的許可(PMTA)，本次PMI取得FDA的MRTP授權具有重要意義，FDA的授權表明，IQOS產品與可燃型煙草產品是兩種本質上不同的產品，必須進行不同的監管。FDA授權IQOS產品在美國市場可使用如下信息進行市場營銷：
(1)IQOS系統使用加熱不燃燒方式加熱煙草；
(2)這種加熱方式明顯減少了有害和潛在有害化學物質的產生；
(3)科學研究表明，從傳統香煙完全轉換到IQOS系統，可以明顯減少身體接觸有害或潛在有害的化學物質。
公司是IQOS電子煙設備精密塑膠部件的主要供應商，截至目前，前述信息暫未對公司當前經營業績和財務數據造成影響，但是長期來看，對公司發展將產生積極影響。除此之外，公司未發現近期公共媒體報道了可能或已經對公司股票交易價格產生較大影響的未公開重大信息。
