裕同科技(002831.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“塑膠製品”等
格隆匯 7 月 9日丨裕同科技(002831.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年7月9日召開第四屆董事會第二次會議，審議通過了《關於增加經營範圍、變更註冊地址暨修訂<公司章程>的議案》，現將具體情況公告如下：
變更前經營範圍：
一般經營項目：產銷紙箱、彩盒、包裝盒(不含國家限制項目)；自營進出口業務(按照深貿管登字第2003-108號文件核准的經營範圍)；從事廣告業務(法律、行政法規規定應進行廣告經營審批登記的，應另行辦理審批登記後方可經營)；廣告噴繪業務；會務服務；創意服務；舞台設計、佈置；文化活動策劃；展示展覽策劃；國內貨物貿易；包裝設計、平面設計、品牌設計、結構設計(不含限制項目)；自有房屋租賃；機械設備租賃。
許可經營項目：產銷紙箱、彩盒、包裝盒(不含國家限制項目)；出版物、包裝裝潢印刷品、其他印刷品印刷；精密模切件、不乾膠貼紙、絲印銘板、膠帶、保護膜、標籤的研發、設計、生產和銷售。
變更後經營範圍：
一般經營項目：產銷紙箱、彩盒、包裝盒、布袋、產業用紡織製成品、PU包裝成品、塑膠製品。(不含國家限制項目)；自營進出口業務(按照深貿管登字第2003-108號文件核准的經營範圍)；從事廣告業務(法律、行政法規規定應進行廣告經營審批登記的，應另行辦理審批登記後方可經營)；廣告噴繪業務；會務服務；創意服務；舞台設計、佈置；文化活動策劃；展示展覽策劃；國內貨物貿易；包裝設計、平面設計、品牌設計、結構設計(不含限制項目)；自有房屋租賃；機械設備租賃。
