《新股消息》中国蜀塔(08623.HK)近下限0.3元定价 一手中签率为60%
电线电缆区域制造商及供应商中国蜀塔(08623.HK)公布招股结果,计划发行2亿股股份中10%在港公开发售部分,录得超额认购28.09倍,申请一手1万股中签率为60%,申请七手稳获一手。
由於公开发售股份则获超额认购,故已应用发售股份重新分配程序,分配至公开发售的发售股份最终数目为6,000万股发售股份,占发售股份总数30%。
股份以接近下限的0.3元定价,原招股价范围为0.25元至0.4元,集资净额约2,100万元,约55%将用於扩大现有生产设施及生产厂房;约25%将用於偿还部分现有贷款;约10%将用於为蜀能厂房商业化生产之前期成本拨资;及约10%将用於集团一般营运资金。
股份将於明日(10日)挂牌,同人融资为独家保荐人。
