《大行報告》匯豐研究上調港鐵(00066.HK)目標價至41.8元 評級「持有」
匯豐研究發表報告,指出港鐵(00066.HK)在本周二(7日)發盈警,並預期今年上半年錄得4億元虧損,主要是由於其投資物業組合的非現金價值下跌60億元,以及經常性業務的盈利下跌超過80%。該行認為,在公司首季乘客量數目急劇下跌的情況下,此情況不足為奇。然而,投資者或會對公司的復甦步伐感到失望。雖然本港取消了部分社交距離措施,但港鐵6月份的乘客量仍按年下跌25%。
該行將公司2020年的盈利預測上調9%,以反映物業發展業務的盈利好過預期,對修正2020年的盈利後仍較市場的預期低出25%。維持公司「持有」投資評級,目標價由原來的41.4元上調至41.8元。該行相信,疫情爆發的影響是暫時,而公司有望憑其市場領先地位迅速回復其正常業務。
