榮陽實業(02078.HK)公布,擬於簽訂土地收儲協議及以公開土地拍賣形式完成建議出售事項前,尋求股東於股東特別大會上授予建議授權。
集團擬在推出重建計劃後出售該土地,而規劃和自然資源局最近宣佈有意對該土地進行收儲,作為該地區城市更新項目的一部分。該土地包括總面積為12.91萬平方的地塊,位於廣州增城荔城街增城大道318號,根據土地收儲協議,該土地將以規劃和自然資源局舉辦的公開土地拍賣形式出售,作為建議出售事項的一部分,一經簽訂土地收儲協議,集團將須拆卸該土地上的所有建築物。(el/k) ~
