春興精工(002547.SZ)與武漢虹信簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 7 月 8日丨春興精工(002547.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)於近日與武漢虹信通信技術有限責任公司(“武漢虹信”，“乙方”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》，雙方希望通過戰略合作的關係，實現優勢互補，形成在通信行業的獨特競爭優勢，達到雙方公司、客户多贏的結果。
合作方向為：1、甲方利用在通信領域的良好基礎，積極拓展國內市場。乙方利用強大的製造能力，為甲方現有國內訂單的交付及降價(成本降低)提供支持；2、乙方利用在通訊領域的良好基礎，積極拓展海外市場。甲方利用強大的研發團隊，為乙方現有的海外訂單研發及交付提供支持；3、甲乙雙方儘快組建合資公司，共同在通信領域深度合作。
5G建設進入加速期，為充分把握5G發展機遇，公司擬與武漢虹信達成戰略合作，充分發揮合作對方在移動通信整機、天線等方面在國內市場的業務開拓能力；結合公司在濾波器、壓鑄腔體、鈑金等方面海外市場的資源，雙方共同發展。
在天線業務方面，公司涵蓋多端口多頻率天線、MIMO天線、室分天線、終端類天線等主要類型，各類產品不僅性價比高，而且可滿足高、中、低端市場各類場景。目前在積極開展產能擴建，也將積極推動5GMIMO天線和天線射頻一體化系統商用化推廣和垂直產業鏈優化工作，已實現相關輻射單元，支撐件的自主配套且已有部分天線配件的單獨市場銷售業務，未來將加大天線核心技術儲備，完善整體方案解決能力和垂直產業鏈的產品佈局，並進一步加大市場推廣力度。
此次戰略合作，是公司聚焦通信主業的具體舉措之一。此舉，可以加快完善公司通信產業中天線業務的研發能力、製造能力，加快客户認可的時間，加快天線業務的大批量交付進程。通過此次戰略合作，發揮雙方在產業、研發能力、製造能力、資本等方面的協同效應，進一步提升上市公司的盈利能力及整體價值，符合公司長遠的戰略發展規劃和全體股東的利益。
