匯財金融投資(08018.HK)擬1632萬港元收購香港金融科技業務公司51%股權
格隆匯 7 月 8日丨匯財金融投資(08018.HK)宣佈,於2020年7月8日,公司、擔保人及賣方海豪控股訂立協議,據此,公司擬向賣方收購目標公司Metrotec Limited 51%股權,代價為1632萬港元。完成後,目標公司將成為公司的非全資附屬公司。
目標公司主要從事投資控股。Metrotec Solutions為一間於香港註冊成立的有限公司併為目標公司的全資附屬公司。Metrotec Solutions主要於香港從事萬事達儲值卡營銷及營運相關的金融科技業務,以移動應用程式作為營運平台,為全世界遊客提供商品及服務的支付服務。於公告日期,目標公司由賣方全資擁有。
公告稱,收購事項可與集團現有業務產生協同效應並進一步增強集團的產品及服務開發。收購事項亦是擴大集團業務規模的寶貴商機,其令集團於香港金融科技行業進一步多元化其業務,並拓寬其收入來源。
