中国智能健康(00348.HK)与客户订协议 将还款日期延长两年
中国智能健康(00348.HK)早年曾公布向客户E授出本金额最多6,000万元之融资。
现宣布,旗下Good Cheer Global与客户E订立补充协议,以将融资之还款日期由2020年7月30日延长两年至2022年7月30日。
公司指,经考虑客户E之财务背景、客户E之偿还利息纪录以及延长融资之还款日期将为Good Cheer Global产生960万元之额外利息收入,董事认为补充协议及其条款属公平合理,并符合公司及其股东之整体利益。
