*ST大港(002077.SZ)：上半年業績扭虧為盈 預盈2800萬元–3500萬元
格隆匯 7 月 8日丨*ST大港(002077.SZ)披露2020年半年度業績預告，預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2800萬元–3500萬元，上年同期虧損約2.1億元；基本每股收益0.0482–0.0603元。
公司業績扭虧為盈的主要原因：
1、報告期與上年同期相比，合併報表範圍發生了較大變動：
(1)公司於2019年5月收購了蘇州科陽半導體有限公司(“蘇州科陽”)65.5831%股權，自2019年6月起蘇州科陽納入公司合併範圍，報告期蘇州科陽自1月份起就納入公司合併報表範圍，大幅增加了公司合併蘇州科陽的CIS封裝業務收入，且報告期蘇州科陽傳感器領域封裝測試業務價量提升，蘇州科陽報告期的經營業績較上年同期出現較大增長，預計蘇州科陽報告期較上年同期增長約350%-450%。
(2)2019年9月，公司將全資孫公司上海旻艾半導體有限公司(“上海旻艾”)從江蘇艾科半導體有限公司(“艾科半導體”)中分離出來，並於2019年12月完成了所持有的艾科半導體100%股權的轉讓，報告期合併報表範圍減少了虧損較大的子公司艾科半導體，且作為公司集成電路高端測試業務發展平台的上海旻艾，搶抓國內集成電路產業發展機遇，經營業績不僅實現了扭虧為盈且提升較快。
(3)2019年12月公司完成了江蘇大港置業有限公司、鎮江東尼置業有限公司兩家全資子公司100%股權的轉讓，報告期合併報表範圍減少了上述兩家持續虧損的房產子公司。
2、報告期公司壓縮了融資規模，優化了融資結構，預計2020年上半年公司財務費用約5,000萬元-6,000萬元，較上年同期明顯下降。
3、報告期公司對園區廠房等載體資產加大了盤活處置力度，實現了租售並舉，提升了經營效益。報告期園區標準廠房出售形成的收益約3461萬元為非經常性損益。
4、報告期，公司收到因股權轉讓等應收款項的資金佔用費約2438萬元，上述資金佔用費為非經常性損益。
