新築股份(002480.SZ)擬向天府銀行申請授信並辦理延長抵押期限
格隆匯 7 月 8日丨新築股份(002480.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年7月8日召開第六屆董事會第五十七次會議審議通過《關於向天府銀行申請授信並辦理延長抵押期限的議案》。
公司於2018年3月28日召開第六屆董事會第二十一次會議審議通過《關於向天府銀行申請授信的議案》，同意向四川天府銀行成都分行(“天府銀行”)申請綜合授信，授信敞口不超過人民幣2億元，授信品種包括：流動資金貸款、銀行承兑匯票、商業承兑匯票、保函、信用證及進口押匯等，授信期限不長於1年(具體以公司與天府銀行簽署的授信協議的期限為準)。公司以自有的土地使用權及地上建築物作為抵押，為上述授信額度範圍內的債務提供擔保，抵押期限三年，授信期滿後，公司可向天府銀行申請續貸。
抵押物具體為公司自有土地使用權【不動產權證號：川(2018)新津縣不動產權第0001183號，宗地面積33582.17平方米】及地上建築物。截至2020年6月30日，上述抵押物賬面淨值共計10,702.18萬元。公司已與天府銀行簽署了川府銀成分營業部信高抵字2018年第0315001號最高額抵押合同，抵押擔保期限為2018年3月27日至2021年3月27日。
因經營需要，公司擬向天府銀行申請綜合授信，授信敞口不超過人民幣2億元，授信品種：流動資金貸款、銀行承兑匯票、信用證、保函等，授信期限不長於1年(具體以公司與天府銀行簽署的授信協議的期限為準)。
為確保融資工作的順利開展，公司擬將已與天府銀行簽署的川府銀成分營業部信高抵字2018年第0315001號最高額抵押合同中的抵押擔保期限由2018年3月27日起至2021年3月27日變更為2018年3月27日起至2026年3月27日，並簽署最高額抵押合同之補充協議,補充協議編號為：川府銀成分營業部信高抵字2018年第0315001號高抵補字2020年第0514號。此次授信期滿後，公司可向天府銀行申請續貸。
