嘉利国际(01050.HK) :保持审慎派息 续留意东莞、惠州房地产
嘉利国际(01050.HK)首席财务官黄浩钧於传媒午宴时指,冀可以保持派发周年特别息的传统,为40周年派息,但以目前环球形势,目前在派息政策保持审慎。
他指,疫情对生产线无大影响,公司已於2月复工,同时亦获中港两地政府资助,涉及约1,000万人民币款项。他认为,疫情亦有机遇,会留意收购机会。
至於房地产市场方面,他指,目前正进入收成期,未来数年会陆续有项目入帐,收入占比会逐步提升,未来考虑活化东莞雁田旧工业用地,物色惠州嘉辉公馆周边地块、东莞旧厂房工业地开发机会。
