大連港H股高開近11%A股漲停 擬167.65億元吸收合併營口港
格隆匯7月8日丨大連港(02880.HK)高開近11%;大連港(601880.SH)則在競價階段漲停,買一封單近160萬手;營口港(600317.SH)亦封住漲停板。大連港昨日公佈,公司擬以發行A股方式換股吸收合併營口港,即大連港向營口港的所有換股股東發行A股股票,交換該等股東所持有的營口港股票;同時,公司擬採用詢價方式向不超過35名特定投資者非公開發行A股股份募集配套資金不超過21億元。此次購買資產的交易價格為換股吸收合併營口港的成交金額為167.65億元。
