上港集團(600018.SH):就發行10億美元債券完成定價並簽署認購協議
格隆匯 7 月 7日丨上港集團(600018.SH)公佈,公司擬以全資子公司上港集團(香港)有限公司的全資子公司上港集團BVI發展2有限公司(Shanghai Port Group (BVI) Development2Co., Limited)為發行主體在境外發行總額10億美元債券,並由上港集團提供擔保,擔保事項已經公司第三屆董事會第八次會議審議通過。
此次美元債券於2020年7月6日正式對外宣佈交易,並於當日完成定價及簽署認購協議,債券本金金額:10億美元,其中5年期3億美元,10年期7億美元;債券票息:5年期,1.500%;10年期,2.375%。
此次美元債券預計於2020年7月13日完成發行。
