銘普光磁(002902.SZ)：持股5%以上股東達晨創恆等合計減持62.6萬股 擬再減持不超1050萬股
格隆匯 7 月 6日丨銘普光磁(002902.SZ)公佈，近日，公司收到達晨創恆、達晨創泰、達晨創瑞、達晨財鑫、達晨聚聖、達近日，公司收到達晨創恆、達晨創泰、達晨創瑞、達晨財鑫、達晨聚聖、達晨海峽出具的《關於股份減持計劃期限屆滿的告知函》、《關於股份減持計劃的告知函》及《關於減持符合<上市公司創業投資基金股東減持股份的特別規定(2020年修訂)>並通過審核的告知函》。前次減持計劃期限已經屆滿，股東減持股份合計62.6萬股。
擬減持股份數量及比例：按照目前公司的總股本，預計所減持股份數量合計將不超過1050萬股(若此期間公司有送股、資本公積金轉增股本等股份變動事項，應對該數量進行相應調整)，即合計不超過公司總股本的5.00%。
減持期間：自預披露起的六個月內，達晨海峽通過大宗交易方式進行減持的，將於本減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日之後進行(根據法律法規禁止減持的期間除外)，且在任意連續90個自然日內通過證券交易所大宗交易減持股份的總數，不超過公司股份總數的2%；通過證券交易所集中競價交易方式進行減持的，將於本減持計劃公告之日起15個交易日之後進行(根據法律法規禁止減持的期間除外)，且在任意連續90個自然日內通過證券交易所集中競價交易減持股份的總數，不超過公司股份總數的1%。達晨財鑫、達晨聚聖通過大宗交易方式進行減持的，將於本減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日之後進行(根據法律法規禁止減持的期間除外)，且在任意連續60個自然日內通過證券交易所大宗交易減持股份的總數，不超過公司股份總數的2%；通過證券交易所集中競價交易方式進行減持的，將於本減持計劃公告之日起15個交易日之後進行(根據法律法規禁止減持的期間除外)，且在任意連續60個自然日內通過證券交易所集中競價交易減持股份的總數，不超過公司股份總數的1%。達晨創恆、達晨創泰、達晨創瑞無減持限制。
