宏川智慧(002930.SZ)：開展水上洗艙相關業務
格隆匯 7 月 6日丨宏川智慧(002930.SZ)公佈，公司系一家創新型石化產品物流綜合服務提供商，為境內外石化產品生產商、貿易商和終端用户提供倉儲綜合服務及其他相關服務，主要包括倉儲綜合服務、中轉及其他服務、物流鏈管理服務三大業務。
依據交通運輸部辦公廳於2018年3月印發的《長江干線水上洗艙站佈局方案》、江蘇省辦公廳於2019年6月印發的《關於印發江蘇省長江保護修復攻堅戰行動計劃實施方案的通知》等部署要求，以及在南通市、如皋市相關政府部門和太倉市相關政府部門、太倉港口管理委員會的支持及指導下，現主要以政府後期補助及結合公司部分出資的方式，指定公司全資子公司南通陽鴻石化儲運有限公司(“南通陽鴻”)、太倉陽鴻石化有限公司(“太倉陽鴻”)使用現有碼頭及附屬設施改造建設南通陽鴻水上洗艙站、太倉陽鴻船舶化學品洗艙水及含油污水收集處置站，公司業務相應增加水上洗艙相關服務。南通陽鴻已於近日正式全面開展洗艙服務、洗艙水接收服務等水上洗艙業務，太倉陽鴻目前正在積極推進船舶化學品洗艙水及含油污水收集處置站建設工作。
公司此次水上洗艙相關業務的開展，一是響應了交通運輸部辦公廳、江蘇省辦公廳等部門關於完善長江危險化學品運輸安全保障體系相關號召，通過水上洗艙業務的開展可有效防範船舶港口環境風險；二是協助政府相關部門推動船舶進站洗艙和洗艙水上岸處理，保障洗艙站運營、船舶洗艙規範化發展，助力內河危化品船舶強制預洗制度的後續實施，為監管提供相應支撐；三是洗艙需求主要體現在換裝不同危化品貨物的洗艙需求以及船舶上塢維修及檢驗的洗艙需求，考慮到既有專船專用模式以及當前長江危化品運輸內河船舶數量、船齡情況，長江危化品船舶洗艙需求總量將穩步增長，公司水上洗艙相關業務的開展與市場需求相適應，將有助於提高公司盈利水平及為客户提供綜合服務的實力。
