格隆匯 7 月 6日丨*ST仁智(002629.SZ)公佈，近日，公司收到全資子公司上海衡都投資有限責任公司(“上海衡都”)的通知，因業務發展需要，上海衡都於近日變更了公司名稱及經營範圍。目前已完成工商變更登記手續，並取得了中國(上海)自有貿易試驗區市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。
變更前，名稱：上海衡都投資有限責任公司；經營範圍：投資管理、資產投資、實業投資、投資諮詢，化工產品及原料(除危險化學品、監控化學品、煙花爆竹、民用爆竹物品、易製毒化學品)、機械設備及工具、五金交電、建築裝潢材料、金屬材料及製品、機電設備、電線電纜、橡塑製品、家用電器、照明設備、日用百貨、服裝鞋帽、食用農產品、汽車配件、珠寶首飾、燃料油、電子設備、針紡織品、辦公用品、礦產品、煤炭、電子產品、計算機軟件及輔助設備的銷售，從事貨物及技術的進出口業務，轉口貿易、區內企業間的貿易及貿易代理，商務信息諮詢，會務服務，展覽展示服務，市場營銷策劃，從事電子科技、生物科技、能源科技領域內的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓，園林綠化，建築智能化建設工程設計一體化，建築裝飾裝修建設工程設計施工一體化，軟件開發。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後，名稱：上海衡都實業有限公司；經營範圍：廣告設計、代理，機械設備維修，化工產品及原料(除危險化學品、監控化學品、煙花爆竹、民用爆竹物品、易製毒化學品)、機械設備及工具、五金交電、建築裝潢材料、金屬材料及製品、機電設備、電線電纜、橡塑製品、家用電器、照明設備、日用百貨、服裝鞋帽、食用農產品、汽車配件、珠寶首飾、燃料油(除危險品)、電子設備、針紡織品、辦公用品、礦產品、煤炭、電子產品、計算機軟件及輔助設備的銷售，從事貨物及技術的進出口業務，轉口貿易、區內企業間的貿易及貿易代理，商務信息諮詢，會務服務，展覽展示服務，市場營銷策劃，從事電子科技、生物科技、能源科技領域內的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓，園林綠化，軟件開發(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。
