首灃控股(01703.HK):獲億與新港業主訂立新港重續租賃
格隆匯 7 月 3日丨首灃控股(01703.HK)公佈,有關集團正與各個業主磋商租金寬減,以降低公司的整體租金開支,作為部分的成本控制措施。集團已就於位於香港九龍尖沙咀廣東道30號新港中心3樓307號舖的新港酒樓取得一項租金寬減並已訂立新港重續租賃。
作為新港業主給予的租金寬減的代價,獲億(公司的間接全資附屬公司)(作為租户)與新港業主(作為業主)訂立新港重續租賃。租期為由2022年4月1日至2023年3月31日。
