格隆匯 7 月 3日丨恆逸石化(000703.SZ)公佈,近日,接員工持股計劃管理委員會的通知,公司第二期員工持股計劃持有的公司股票5061.833萬股已全部出售完畢。佔截至公告披露日公司總股本的1.37%。根據第二期員工持股計劃的有關規定,後續將進行第二期員工持股計劃相關資產清算和分配等工作,並自動結束第二期員工持股計劃。不影響公司總股本和相關激勵機制,公司未來12個月內如推出新員工持股計劃,將及時披露。
