拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)A股異常波動 力爭2020年扭虧為盈
格隆匯7月3日丨拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)發佈公告，公司A股股票於2020年7月1日、7月2日、7月3日連續三個交易日內日收盤價格跌幅偏離值累計超過15%，構成《上海證券交易所風險警示板股票交易管理辦法》規定的股票交易異常波動情況。
經公司自查及向公司控股股東、實際控制人邢加興先生及其一致行動人上海合夏投資有限公司核實，確認截止目前，不存在根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》有關規定應披露而未披露的重大事項，包括但不限於重大資產重組、上市公司收購、業務重組和資產注入等重大事項。
經作出於相關情況下有關公司的合理查詢後，公司確認除本公告所披露以外，公司未獲悉任何導致A股股票股價變動的原因，或任何必須公佈以避免公司證券出現虛假市場的資料或任何須根據證券及期貨條例第XIVA部項下予以披露的內幕消息。
經自查，受公司渠道結構調整、加大往季品銷售力度導致毛利減少、處置投資項目虧損等因素影響，公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損為人民幣21.66億元。目前公司正堅定圍繞收縮聚焦、降本增效、創新發展的經營策略，加快轉型調整步伐，徹底實施結構性變革，切實提高公司整體盈利能力，力爭在2020年度實現扭虧為盈。
經公司自查，為有效盤活公司長期存量資產，為主營業務發展提供資金支援，公司擬出售部分資產，包括但不限於自有物業、股權類資產等。截止目前，公司已就出售太倉夏微倉儲有限公司全部股權事項取得一定進展。
此外，2019年8月，控股股東、實際控制人邢加興先生質押給海通證券股份有限公司的有限售條件股份141,600,000股（均為A股股票）因低於最低履約保障比例，未提前購回且未採取履約保障措施，海通證券發出股票質押違約書面通知，構成違約。截止目前，邢加興先生仍在積極尋求解決方案，包括但不限於與海通證券保持持續溝通，並計劃通過補充擔保物、追加保證金或提前贖回質押股份等措施解決質押違約問題。
