珠海港(000507.SZ):變更3.36億元募集資金用途為償還銀行貸款
格隆匯 7 月 3日丨珠海港(000507.SZ)公佈,鑑於全球蔓延的新冠疫情對國內外生產貿易帶來的持續性負面影響,航運業面臨嚴峻挑戰,原募投項目“購置2艘沿海45,000噸級海船項目”面臨的宏觀經濟環境、行業需求已發生較大變化,項目繼續實施的投資回報存在較大不確定性,現綜合考慮公司實際情況、發展規劃等諸多因素,為維護公司利益並提高資金使用效率,公司擬終止實施“購置2艘沿海45,000噸級海船項目”,並將原計劃投入該項目的募集資金3.363997億元全部用於償還銀行貸款。本次變更用途的募集資金金額佔募集資金淨額的比例為33.59%。
