格隆匯 7 月 3日丨正泰電器(601877.SH)公佈，公司召開第八屆董事會第十二次會議，審議通過《關於向中國工商銀行股份有限公司樂清支行申請綜合授信的議案》、《關於向交通銀行股份有限公司温州樂清支行申請綜合授信的議案》、《關於向興業銀行股份有限公司温州樂清支行申請綜合授信的議案》、《關於向中國銀行股份有限公司樂清市支行申請綜合授信的議案》、《關於向中信銀行股份有限公司温州柳市支行申請綜合授信的議案》。
同意公司向中國工商銀行股份有限公司樂清支行申請綜合授信，最高授信額度為本外幣合計人民幣10億元整，授信內容包括但不限於本外幣借款、票據承兑、票據貼現、出口商業發票貼現、開立信用證、進口押匯、保函等融資業務及國際結算、外匯資金業務、網上銀行等中間業務。
同意公司向交通銀行股份有限公司温州樂清支行申請綜合授信，最高授信額度為本外幣合計人民幣15億元整，授信內容包括但不限於本外幣借款、票據承兑、票據貼現、出口商業發票貼現、開立信用證、進口押匯、保函等融資業務及國際結算、外匯資金業務、網上銀行等中間業務。
同意公司向興業銀行股份有限公司温州樂清支行申請綜合授信，最高授信額度為本外幣合計人民幣10億元整，授信內容包括但不限於本外幣借款、票據承兑、票據貼現、出口商業發票貼現、開立信用證、進口押匯、保函等融資業務及國際結算、外匯資金業務、網上銀行等中間業務。
同意公司向中國銀行股份有限公司樂清市支行申請綜合授信，最高授信額度為本外幣合計人民幣6億元整，授信內容包括但不限於本外幣借款、票據承兑、票據貼現、出口商業發票貼現、開立信用證、進口押匯、保函等融資業務及國際結算、外匯資金業務、網上銀行等中間業務。
同意公司向中信銀行股份有限公司温州柳市支行申請綜合授信，最高授信額度為本外幣合計人民幣14億元整，授信內容包括但不限於本外幣借款、票據承兑、票據貼現、出口商業發票貼現、開立信用證、進口押匯、保函等融資業務及國際結算、外匯資金業務、網上銀行等中間業務。
