《大行報告》美銀證券:ADR轉H股提升大市成交 港交所(00388.HK)受惠
美銀證券發表報告指,ADR持績轉H股上市對港交所(00388.HK)而言屬正面因素,可提升港股成交量,而且相關公司逐步來港上市,亦可避免一次過上市對流動性帶來壓力。以阿里巴巴(09988.HK)為例,雖其市值僅佔整體上市公司1%,但其6月底止,上半年成交量已達整體4%,上半年以年率化計成交比率達426%,大幅高於香港整體的102%,及匯控(00005.HK)與中國平安(02318.HK)等大企業之50%至80%。
該行維持港交所評級「買入」,目標價350元。
