亞洲電視(00707.HK)主席轉讓2億元換股債 轉換後馬徽家族持股逾21%
亞洲電視(00707.HK)公布,在今年6月10日接獲聯席主席、非執行董事兼主要股東鄧俊杰通知,已轉讓本金總額為2億元之可換股債券予馬徽全資持有之標捷資本。
昨日(7月2日),該批2億元可換股債券已獲轉換,據此,合共20億股轉換股份已配發及發行予標捷的代名人中國經濟特區發展發展有限公司,佔擴大後公司已發行股本約21.22%。至於鄧俊杰在公司的持股量被攤薄至16.29%。
中國經濟特區發展發展有限公司的60%已發行股本由標捷直接持有,其餘40%由馬徽的母親成曉瑜持有。
