格隆匯7月2日丨普甜食品(01699.HK)公告,於2020年6月30日,公司接獲金仁亞洲有限公司(呈請人)向香港特別行政區高等法院提呈呈請,內容有關以公司未能償還債務為由而根據公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例(香港法例第32章)第177(1)(d)條及第327條清盤公司。
該呈請聲稱公司於2020年2月11日欠付呈請人總額為5.4萬港元債務,屬呈請人根據日期為2018年5月30日服務協議向公司提供所聲稱服務未付費用。呈請人曾為公司服務供應商。
