野村:降港鐵(0066.HK)目標價至48.6港元 料第四季盈利錄增長
野村發表研究報告預期,港鐵公司(0066.HK)業務增長於本財年下半年重拾軌道,隨着日常活動自今年五月開始回覆正常,相信乘客量在6月會高於5月,料未來數月盈利下降幅度逐漸收窄,本財年第四季盈利可恢復增長。
野村預期,港鐵本財年及明財年的乘客量分別按年下降15%和升19%,隨著推出租金寬減措施,零售租務收入預測於本財年及明財年分別按年下降20%及上升10%,亦分別下調本財年及明財年基本每股盈利預測34%及11%,預料2021財年基本盈利按年增長78%,主要受惠於多項物業發展項目落成。
野村相信港鐵將可維持循序漸進的派息政策,強勁的資產負債表及物業發展現金流等,其“物業+鐵路”發展模式仍可持續增長。
