澳大博彩研究所:若7月澳門與廣東省通關恢復 料賭收或達80億澳門元
據《澳門日報》報道,就澳門6月賭收按年大跌97%,連續九個月按年下跌,澳大博彩研究所所長馮家超表示,6月賭收約7億澳門元是預期之內,因通關和旅客簽註尚未恢復正常,展望7月份賭收,若7月澳門與廣東省城巿通關恢復正常,預測屆時賭收將升至60億至100億澳門元,中間數即約80億澳門元。當然,仍要視乎恢復通關開放程度,只期望平穩經濟,收支平衡已算不錯。
坊間有意見建議開設網上博彩。馮家超認為,網上博彩除要達到共識,最重要是技術層面短期內不可行。因網上博彩牽涉到保安問題,包括交易時伺服器是否百分百在澳門特區範疇進行,所有錢銀進出的法律問題、相關政府部門的監管等,牽涉到相關法例修改及規範,非一時三刻就可做到。(wl/u)
