佳明集團控股(01271.HK)斥資3.56億港元收購香港新界兩幅地塊

格隆匯 7 月 2日丨佳明集團控股(01271.HK)發佈公告,2020年6月30日,買方A(公司間接全資附屬悦基發展有限公司)已與賣方A訂立臨時協議,據此,買方A已同意以代價1.68億港元收購土地A。同日,買方B(公司間接全資附屬金達富有限公司)已與賣方B訂立協議,據此,買方B已同意以代價1.88億港元收購土地B。

根據披露,土地A位於香港新界粉嶺安居街3號,並於土地註冊處註冊為香港新界北丈量約51號地段4433號40段餘段和丈量約51號地段4433號41段餘段的所有地皮或地塊,佔地約1.79萬平方尺。

土地B位於香港新界粉嶺安福街7號,並於土地註冊處註冊為香港新界北丈量約51號地段4433號109段餘段和丈量約51號地段4433號110段餘段的所有地皮或地塊,佔地約1.91萬平方尺。

公告表示,集團現時擁有及營運兩座自家開發的高端數據中心(即iTech Tower1和iTech Tower2)作租賃用途。iTech Tower1為透過收購和改建現有工業大廈發展而成;iTech Tower2則由購置一塊土地並在其上興建全新的數據中心大樓。為增強數據中心租賃業務,集團一直積極尋找新地點(未發展土地或現有工業大廈)以建立新的數據中心。

董事認為收購事項符合集團的業務策略和日常業務過程。收購事項完成後,集團計劃開發土地A和土地B並興建兩座高端數據中心作租賃用途。收購事項為集團提供寶貴機會擴大日常業務中數據中心租賃分部的盈利基礎。董事亦相信收購事項於開發後將有助加強及優化集團數據中心租賃業務的資產組合。
