*ST猛獅(002684.SZ)與國網能源簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 7 月 1日丨*ST猛獅(002684.SZ)公佈，公司(乙方)於2020年6月30日與國網新疆綜合能源服務有限公司(“國網能源”，甲方)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，充分發揮合作雙方的優勢和特色，共同推進雙方事業發展，實現“優勢互補、互利共贏、價值共享、持續成長”。
本着緊密合作、協同發展的目標，甲乙雙方積極探索新的商業模式，以儲能全優價值鏈合作為基礎，以儲能裝備製造、儲能電站、綜合能源管理、新能源、新基建、多能互補綜合能源為重點合作領域，以技術方案、質量與保障、運維服務、商業模式合作、技術創新等方面為載體，持續加大合作力度，全面開展戰略合作。
1、開展儲能裝備製造業項目合作，共同打造儲能裝備生產製造全產業鏈+供應鏈平台基地。
2、開展儲能電站領域合作。共同開展儲能電站建設合作，可採取投資建設、合同能源管理、EPC、產品保障供應、儲能應用解決方案和技術及工程項目服務等多種模式。
3、開展綜合能源管理領域合作。共同促進工業園區整體綜合能源管理服務+5G+新基建等項目的合作和開展。以新技術、新材料為依託，雙方可在全疆建築及其他領域實施綜合能源管理服務合作，進一步拓展合作空間和領域。
4、開展新能源領域合作。以甲乙雙方目前共同合作的吉木薩爾縣220彙集站工程建設項目為契機，持續在乙方開發建設的風光煤油儲多能互補一體化產業項目中，繼續開展以廠站投建和工程施工建設等為主要內容的合作，持續擴大戰略合作成果。
5、開展新基建領域合作。按照乙方在疆戰略發展佈局，雙方開展以充電樁為主的光儲一體充電樁項目+5G領域的合作，開展充電、換電+儲能的建設和運營，結合具體項目開發實際，雙方開展深度合作。
6、開展多能互補綜合能源領域合作。雙方共同開發建設智能微網、局域網等多能互補綜合能源管理項目。
7、成立合資公司開展全面合作。雙方成立合資公司，立足新疆、面向全國和國外新能源市場，全面開展共建合作，經雙方研究確定的優質項目，共同開發建設併入合資公司。
