格隆匯 6 月 30日丨 昌興國際(00803.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2020年3月31日止年度,實現收益19.50億港元,同比減少16.33%;毛利5.40億港元,同比增長1098.01%;公司擁有人應占年度虧損3.70億港元,同比收窄79.75%;基本每股虧損27.80港仙。
公告稱,年度虧損乃主要由於所產生的融資成本,包括逾期利息及其他費用約5.84億元。年度虧損主要由於預付款項、應收賬款及應收票據及貸款及其他應收款項的減值虧損由上一財政年度約4.77億港元減少至年度撥回有關減值虧損淨額約2500萬港元所致。其他令虧損減少的因素為物業、廠房及設備及其他無形資產的減值虧損由上一財政年度約6.71億港元減少至年度約7700萬港元。
