英飛拓(002528.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“消防設施工程專業承包”等
格隆匯 6 月 30日丨英飛拓(002528.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年6月30日召開第五屆董事會第一次會議審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍的議案》及《關於修訂<公司章程>的議案》。
變更前：
經依法登記，公司的經營範圍為：生產經營智能設備、電子產品、光端機、閉路電視系統產品、出入口控制系統產品、數據通信設備、以太網交換設備、LED顯示屏、發光二極管顯示器、液晶顯示器、背投顯示器、顯示屏材料、集成電路產品、防爆視頻監控產品、防爆工業通訊產品，從事上述產品及軟件產品的研發、批發、技術諮詢、技術服務、進出口及相關配套業務(不涉及國營貿易管理商品，涉及配額、許可證管理及其它專項規定管理的商品，按國家有關規定辦理申請)，視頻傳輸設備技術開發及計算機應用軟件開發，轉讓自行研發的技術成果，從事上述產品的售後服務，從事自產產品租賃相關業務，從事貨物及技術進出口(不含分銷、國家專營專控商品)；機電工程、系統集成、電子設備工程的設計、施工、維護業務；自有物業租賃(憑公司名下合法房產證方可經營)。以上經營範圍不含國家規定實施准入特別管理措施的項目，涉及備案許可資質的需取得相關證件後方可經營。
變更後：
