格隆匯6月30日丨建發股份(600153.SH)公佈,2020年6月30日,公司控股子公司建發房產下屬公司競拍獲得福建省廈門市“H2020P01”地塊的土地使用權,地塊成交總價為35.25億元。
該地塊位於廈門市海滄區05-11新市區濱湖路與東嶼西路交叉口西側,土地面積為18,038.417平方米,計價建築面積103,986平方米。該地塊的土地用途為城鎮住宅用地(普通住宅)、零售商業用地(商業、生鮮超市中心店)、公用設施用地(附建式環網站)、教育用地(幼兒園)。其中,住宅使用年限為70年,商業、生鮮超市中心店使用年限為40年。
上述地塊由建發房產下屬公司競拍獲得,未來不排除就上述項目引入合作者的可能。
