格隆匯6月30日丨福成股份(600965.SH)公佈,公司第一期員工持股計劃的存續期原為36個月,自2017年6月30日至2020年6月29日。基於對公司未來持續穩定發展的信心及公司股票價值的判斷,現將存續期在原定終止日基礎上延長36個月,即至2023年6月29日止;同時對第一期員工持股計劃的持有人及持有份額、管理模式等要素進行相應變更。截至本公告日,公司第一期員工持股計劃仍持有公司股票1625.7986萬股,佔目前公司總股本1.99%。
