格隆匯 6 月 29日丨長江製衣(00294.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年3月31日止年度,公司實現收入6.56億港元,同比下降8.56%;公司股東應占虧損5100.9萬港元,上年同期公司股東應占溢利2206.2萬港元;每股基本虧損0.25港仙,不派息。
回顧年度內收入較去年減少9%,而集團的核心成衣業務儘管表現較差,但仍錄得正面業績。然而,於回顧年度內,集團業務的整體表現仍錄得重大虧損。除收入下降外,業績欠佳的主要原因為集團的無錫投資錄得虧損、其他物業、廠房及設備的減值虧損,以及集團的投資物業經重估後出現價值下降。
