新界泵業(002532.SZ)擬變更經營範圍及註冊資本
格隆匯 6 月 29日丨新界泵業(002532.SZ)公佈，鑑於公司實施重大資產重組，公司主營業務、經營範圍均發生重大變更，為適應重大資產重組後公司運營發展需要，擬對公司經營範圍做出如下變更：
變更前：泵及控制設備、風機、電機、發電機、空壓機及零部件製造，銷售。
變更後：鋁錠、鋁產品、鎂產品、陽極碳塊、碳素製品及相關產品、金屬產品、蒸壓粉煤灰磚的生產銷售，高純鋁的研究、生產、銷售，鋁土礦的開採，氧化鋁的生產銷售，裝卸及搬運服務，倉儲服務(危險化學品及易燃易爆物品除外)。自營和代理各類商品和技術的進出口(但國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)。開展邊境小額貿易業務。(最終以主管市場監督管理局核准的範圍為準)。
根據中國證監會出具的《關於核准新界泵業集團股份有限公司重大資產重組及向石河子市錦隆能源產業鏈有限公司等發行股份購買資產申請的批覆》(證監許可[2020]1132 號)，公司已向石河子市錦隆能源產業鏈有限公司、石河子市錦匯能源投資有限公司、曾超懿、曾超林、曾明柳、曾鴻、曾益柳、濰坊聚信錦濛投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)、華融致誠柒號(深圳)投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、蕪湖信澤潤投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)、浙物暾瀾(杭州)創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、寧波梅山保税港區深華騰十三號股權投資中心(有限合夥)、珠海浚瑞股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、蕪湖潤澤萬物投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)、杭州祥瀾投資合夥企業(有限合夥)、大連萬林進出口有限公司發行股份共計3,385,446,614 股。因此，公司註冊資本相應增加人民幣3,385,446,614元。
增資前：公司註冊資本為人民幣503,080,023元，股份總數為 503,080,023股。
增資後：公司註冊資本為人民幣3,888,526,637元，股份總數為 3,888,526,637股。
