興蓉環境(000598.SZ)：下屬子公司成立項目公司並實施汶川縣水務環保特許經營項目
格隆匯 6 月 29日丨興蓉環境(000598.SZ)公佈，2017年，公司與阿壩州國有資產投資管理有限公司(“阿壩國投”)共同成立四川阿壩州興蓉環境有限公司(“阿壩興蓉公司”)，註冊資本5億元，公司持股51%，阿壩國投持股49%。雙方以該公司為載體，投資、建設及運營阿壩州的水務環保項目。
近期，阿壩興蓉公司成功中標汶川縣水務環保特許經營項目。根據招標文件要求，阿壩興蓉公司將成立項目公司與汶川縣住房和城鄉建設局簽署《汶川縣水務環保特許經營項目特許經營協議》(“《特許經營協議》”)並實施該項目，政府方將授予項目公司該項目特許經營權。項目公司註冊資本為1.6億元，阿壩興蓉公司持有其100%股權。
項目公司名稱：阿壩州汶川縣興蓉環境有限責任公司(最終以市場監督管理部門核准登記為準)，經營範圍：水的生產和供應業；污水處理及其再生利用；環保工程；環保工程施工；環保諮詢；水污染治理設施運營服務；固體廢物污染治理設施運營服務；城市垃圾處理服務；環境污染防治設備和試驗設備製造的安裝、調試及技術服務；市政公用工程；建築工程；工程勘察設計；管道工程建築；管道和設備安裝；環境與生態監測檢測服務；檢測服務；水源及供水設施工程建築；自來水生產和供應諮詢服務；市政設施管理；銷售儀表儀器；水環境污染防治服務。(最終以市場監督管理部門登記註冊為準)。
項目名稱：汶川縣水務環保特許經營項目。特許經營權轉讓費：1.5億元。根據《特許經營協議》，納入該項目範圍的存量供排水項目規模合計為52,500噸/日。
該項目是集城鄉自來水供應和污水處理於一體的水務環保特許經營項目。對於該項目，公司可利用既有資源及經驗進一步打造“汶—理—茂”項目信息化區域聯動管理，進而降低管理成本，提高經營效率，創造協同效應，並實現區域經濟和環境保護的協調發展。同時，實施該項目有利於擴大公司供排水業務規模，豐富公司開展區域水務環保項目一體化整合的實踐經驗，提升公司的市場競爭力和影響力，能夠對公司未來經營業績產生積極影響，符合公司整體發展戰略。
