兴蓉环境(000598.SZ)：下属子公司成立项目公司并实施汶川县水务环保特许经营项目
格隆汇 6 月 29日丨兴蓉环境(000598.SZ)公布，2017年，公司与阿坝州国有资产投资管理有限公司(“阿坝国投”)共同成立四川阿坝州兴蓉环境有限公司(“阿坝兴蓉公司”)，注册资本5亿元，公司持股51%，阿坝国投持股49%。双方以该公司为载体，投资、建设及运营阿坝州的水务环保项目。
近期，阿坝兴蓉公司成功中标汶川县水务环保特许经营项目。根据招标文件要求，阿坝兴蓉公司将成立项目公司与汶川县住房和城乡建设局签署《汶川县水务环保特许经营项目特许经营协议》(“《特许经营协议》”)并实施该项目，政府方将授予项目公司该项目特许经营权。项目公司注册资本为1.6亿元，阿坝兴蓉公司持有其100%股权。
项目公司名称：阿坝州汶川县兴蓉环境有限责任公司(最终以市场监督管理部门核准登记为准)，经营范围：水的生产和供应业；污水处理及其再生利用；环保工程；环保工程施工；环保咨询；水污染治理设施运营服务；固体废物污染治理设施运营服务；城市垃圾处理服务；环境污染防治设备和试验设备制造的安装、调试及技术服务；市政公用工程；建筑工程；工程勘察设计；管道工程建筑；管道和设备安装；环境与生态监测检测服务；检测服务；水源及供水设施工程建筑；自来水生产和供应咨询服务；市政设施管理；销售仪表仪器；水环境污染防治服务。(最终以市场监督管理部门登记注册为准)。
项目名称：汶川县水务环保特许经营项目。特许经营权转让费：1.5亿元。根据《特许经营协议》，纳入该项目范围的存量供排水项目规模合计为52,500吨/日。
该项目是集城乡自来水供应和污水处理于一体的水务环保特许经营项目。对于该项目，公司可利用既有资源及经验进一步打造“汶—理—茂”项目信息化区域联动管理，进而降低管理成本，提高经营效率，创造协同效应，并实现区域经济和环境保护的协调发展。同时，实施该项目有利于扩大公司供排水业务规模，丰富公司开展区域水务环保项目一体化整合的实践经验，提升公司的市场竞争力和影响力，能够对公司未来经营业绩产生积极影响，符合公司整体发展战略。
