灣區黃金(01194.HK)建議實施股本重組及每手買賣單位更改為4000股
格隆匯6月29日丨灣區黃金(01194.HK)公佈,董事會建議實施股本重組,當中包括以下事項:擬“20合1”進行股份合併;透過註銷公司繳足股本削減公司的已發行股本,致使每股已發行合併股份的面值由0.02港元削減至0.001港元的股本削減;及將每股面值0.02港元的法定但未發行合併股份拆細為20股每股面值0.001港元的經調整股份的股份拆細。
於本公告日期,現有股份以每手10,000股現有股份的買賣單位在聯交所買賣。待股本重組生效後,建議將股份的每手買賣單位由10,000股現有股份更改為4,000股經調整股份。
