格隆匯 6 月 29日丨泛微網絡(603039.SH)公告,根據公司2020年業務發展目標和需要,為滿足不斷增加的協同辦公OA軟件應用需求,進一步促進公司發展,公司第三屆董事會第二十二次會議審議通過了《關於投資設立江蘇無錫全資子公司的議案》,同意公司擬以自有資金不超過1000萬元人民幣在江蘇無錫投資設立全資子公司,進行協同辦公OA軟件的產品推廣及技術服務。
投資標的名稱:江蘇泛微星川網絡有限公司(以最終核准登記的為準)
投資金額:不超過人民幣1000萬元
