港龍中國地產(6968.HK)今日起招股 發售價為每股3.60港元-4.10港元
格隆匯6月29日丨港龍中國地產(6968.HK)公告,擬全球發售股份4億股,其中香港發售股份4000萬股,國際發售股份3.6億股,另有15%超額配股權;2020年6月29日至7月3日招股。發售價每股發售股份3.60港元-4.10港元,每手買賣單位1000股,入場費約4141.32港元;預期股份將於2020年7月15日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
Successful Lotus Limited及中逸資本有限公司為公司的基石投資者,並已分別同意認購4000萬港元。
公告稱,公司擬將所得款項淨額的60.0%用於為潛在開發項目的土地成本提供資金;30.0%將用於支付江南桃源、山水拾間、紫御府、秋實宸悦、君望美庭及港龍首府等現有項目開發的建築成本;10.0%將用於一般運營資金用途。
