《新股消息》綠城管理控股(09979.HK)今起招股 入場費為3,030元
由綠城中國(3900.HK)分拆之代建公司綠城管理控股(09979.HK)公布招股詳情,計劃發行4.78億股股份,當中在港公開發售佔10%,由今日(29日)至本周五(7月3日)公開招股,每股招股價介乎2.2至3元,每手1,000股,入場費為3,030.23元。該股預計於7月10日上市,瑞信及德意志證券亞洲為聯席保薦人。
以招股價中位數2.6元計,公司估計將從全球發售收取所得款項淨額約11.45億元,當中約20%將用於透過內生式增長及對代建價值鏈下游上的經挑選業務進行戰略收購拓展公司業務;約14.5%將用於發展公司的商業資本代建;約51.5%將用於向綠城中國償還截至最後可行日期5.4億元人民幣的債務;約4%將用作開發公司的生態圈;約10%將用於營運資金、營銷及其他一般公司用途。
