格隆匯 6 月 28日丨樂嘉思控股(01867.HK)公佈,截至2020年3月31日止年度,實現收益2.96億港元,同比增長17.70%;毛利2807.4萬港元,同比下降47.31%;純利104.3萬港元,同比下降93.53%;基本每股盈利0.09港仙,概無向普通股股東派付或擬派付任何股息。
毛利減少乃主要由於(i)在香港經濟疲弱情況下,由於為應對激烈的市場競爭而採取更具競爭力的定價策略,導致毛利率下降;(ii)因爆發新型冠狀病毒導致進度延遲;(iii)若干項目在初期產生大量前期費用;及(iv)若干項目的成本超支。
