格隆匯 6 月 26日丨漢國置業(00160.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2020年3月31日止年度,公司實現收益6.38億港元,同比減少56.81%;毛利3.75億港元,同比減少48.88%;公司擁有人應占年度虧損3594.6萬港元,同期則盈利11.58億港元,基本每股虧損0.05港元,擬派末期息每股12.5港仙。
公告稱,收入下跌的部份原因為來自集團發展項目之物業銷售週期性下跌。舉例而言,上年度的主要項目廣州寶翠園經已完成,其大部份收入已於過往年度確認入賬。除此之外,從溢利轉為錄得虧損淨額,亦由於投資物業於年終重估而產生公平值虧損所致。
