踐企業之責 富力地產(02777.HK)不遺餘力推進社會慈善公益事業
承擔社會責任是每個企業不容推辭的義務，在積極落實企業社會責任方面，富力地產(02777.HK)堪稱地產行業的表率。富力地產成立於1994年，在建立之初就一直熱衷於公益慈善事業。
1998年，剛剛建立不久的富力地產投入3713萬元用於資助慈善醫院建設，先後為廣州市社會兒童福利院及廣州市老人院興建包括富力慈善樓、富力慈恩樓兩座醫療大樓，為福利院孤殘兒童及市老人院老人改善了生活和醫療條件，有效地緩解了疾病治療牀位緊張和困難。因對慈善事業的傑出貢獻，富力被廣州市慈善總會評為“十大慈善之星”。
但是，富力地產推進社會慈善公益事業的途徑也並非單一，除了敬老慈幼之外，富力地產從社會治安、文化教育、人道救助、精準扶貧等方面多元化地參與推進各類慈善事業。
在社會治安方面，富力地產2005年向市見義勇為基金會捐贈100輛警用巡邏車；2007年向市見義勇為基金會和禁毒基金會捐贈1,000萬元；2013年向廣州市公安民警基金會捐贈1,000萬元用於購買100輛警用巡邏車。
在文化教育方面，富力地產發起成立了“希望工程民營企業助學基金”，並增設“富力集團希望工程助學基金”，這是我國首次建立的希望工程民營企業助學基金。
在人道救助方面，2008年汶川地震，富力地產捐款逾千萬元以及近20輛物質救援車；2010年玉樹地震，富力地產捐款100萬；2010年，海南陵水、文昌縣發生特大洪水，富力地產捐款600萬元；2020年為助力抗擊新冠疫情，富力地產分別向中國青少年發展基金會、廣州市慈善會各捐贈1,000萬元，向武漢捐贈價值500萬元生活物資，合共2,500萬元。
在精準扶貧方面，2011年，富力地產投入1.11億元完善區內基礎公共服務設施，一年時間改變了鎮容鎮貌，支撐幫扶小樓鎮更好的實現脱貧；富力地產還與中國熱帶農業科學院、海南省花卉協會、海南大學展開全面合作，共同推進當地現代農業發展，目前已投入打造臨高縣文潭村特色水稻示範基地項目，同時以產業發展為抓手，整合各種資源，為當地貧困户、低收入家庭提供優質就業崗位，助推精準扶貧。
截止目前，富力地產在公益領域捐贈金額已達5.4億元，遍及文教、衞生、治安、敬老、扶貧等多個領域。由最初單純的捐物捐資，發展到更加關注公益背後的價值長效化、領域多元化，富力地產已經形成了自己獨有的一套企業社會責任的踐行模式，而其產生的公益效應也讓富力地產逐漸建立起了良好的口碑。
富力地產始終認為“回報社會就是回報自己”，未來，富力地產將繼續積極落實企業社會責任，不遺餘力的推進社會慈善公益事業。
