格隆匯6月26日丨創毅控股(03992.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年3月31日止年度,公司收益7.84億港元,同比增長9.5%;期間溢利2992萬港元,同比增長124%;經調整溢利為約2990萬港元,同比增加16.3%;每股盈利5.98港仙,不派息。
收益增加乃主要由於獲得8份公共新合約,其中1份為物業管理合約,2份為獨立護衞服務合約,4份為獨立潔淨服務合約及1份借調合約,及獲得7份新私人物業管理合約產生的額外服務費收入;及集團現有部分合約根據該等合約指定的調整機制上調服務費。
