格隆匯6月24日丨信星集團(01170.HK)公佈,截至2020年3月31日止年度,公司收益10.5億港元,同比減少4.6%;毛利7431.5萬港元,同比減少36.1%;公司擁有人應占虧損5138.6萬港元,上年同期盈利3559萬港元;每股虧損7.5港仙。
營業額下降主要由於品牌客户本身的目標市場購買力持續疲弱,致使品牌客户採取更保守的採購策略,令訂單批量縮減及延後。儘管逆境重重,但集團仍然不遺餘力地建立穩固的產品組合,期望長遠而言可創造較高的價值和利潤率。
虧損主要歸因於:因上述因素導致的毛利下跌;若干物業、廠房及設備以及應收賬款的減值虧損;及由於集團于越南中部營運的聯營公司所產生的虧損增加,導致應占聯營公司虧損增加。
