保德國際發展(00372.HK)預期年度虧損約5.72億港元
格隆匯6月24日丨保德國際發展(00372.HK)發佈公告,公司預期截至2020年3月31日止年度取得虧損約5.72億港元,而相對截至2019年度則取得溢利約4,900萬港元。該年度虧損主要由於該年度未變現虧損為約1.95億港元,而相對2019年度未變現虧損則為約2,500萬港元;該年度於金融資產的減值虧損增加約1.66億港元,而相對2019年度減值虧損撥回淨額則為約2,000萬港元;及應占聯營公司虧損為約9,400萬港元,而相對2019年度則取得應占聯營公司溢利3,300萬港元。該年度虧損已經計及出售宜昌港務集團有限責任公司51%權益約6,000萬港元的除税後收益。
