華紡股份(600448.SH):國有股權劃轉過户 濱州財金成為公司第二股東
格隆匯 6 月 24日丨華紡股份(600448.SH)公佈,公司於2020年6月24日接到濱州財金通知,濱州財金、濱印集團已於2020年6月19日在中國證券登記結算公司上海分公司辦理了約2756.45萬股股份的無償劃轉過户登記。此次股權劃轉過户後,濱州財金持有公司的股份為約2756.45萬股,佔公司總股本的比例為4.38%,成為公司第二股東;濱印集團不再是公司股東。
此次國有股權變動不會導致公司實際控制權發生變化,公司的實際控制人仍為濱州市國資委。
