瑞斯康達(603803.SH)：擬投建馬鞍山光通信和工業互聯網生態產品智能製造基地一期項目並設立全資子公司
格隆匯 6 月 23日丨瑞斯康達(603803.SH)公佈，為適應公司整體發展需要，滿足日趨漸盛的市場需求以及順應傳統制造業智能化改造與升級的趨勢，應安徽馬鞍山慈湖高新技術產業開發區管委會招商引資，公司擬與其簽署《入區協議》，在馬鞍山慈湖高新技術產業開發區投資建設“瑞斯康達科技發展股份有限公司馬鞍山光通信和工業互聯網生態產品智能製造基地項目”，該項目長期規劃總投資約人民幣6億元，總用地面積約100畝，分為兩期建設。
此次先行啟動一期項目建設，計劃投資建設包括生產加工區、綜合辦公區、生活輔助區等多種功能的智能製造產業基地。經初步估算，一期項目總投資約人民幣4億元，用地面積約51畝(以實際出讓取得用地面積為準)，總建築面積約2.57萬平方米，建設工期約12個月。為確保該項目的投資建設及運營管理，公司擬在馬鞍山依法投資設立全資子公司安徽瑞斯康達科技有限責任公司，註冊資本為人民幣2000萬元。
公司於2020年6月23日召開第四屆董事會第十四次會議、第四屆監事會第十次會議，審議通過了《關於投資建設馬鞍山光通信和工業互聯網生態產品智能製造基地一期項目並設立全資子公司的議案》，同意公司以自有資金不超過人民幣4億元用於建設“瑞斯康達科技發展股份有限公司馬鞍山光通信和工業互聯網生態產品智能製造基地一期項目”，並在馬鞍山設立全資子公司安徽瑞斯康達科技有限責任公司作為該項目的實施主體。
項目名稱：瑞斯康達科技發展股份有限公司馬鞍山光通信和工業互聯網生態產品智能製造基地一期項目，經初步估算，一期項目總投資約人民幣4億元，用地面積約51畝(以實際出讓取得用地面積為準)，總建築面積約2.57萬平方米，建設工期約12個月。其中固定資產投入人民幣1.75億元，至多不超過人民幣2億元。資金來源為公司自有資金。
此次建設內容：計劃投資建設包括生產加工區、綜合辦公區、生活輔助區等多種功能的智能製造產業基地，根據生產規模需求，建設SMT生產線4條、DIP生產線3條及電裝生產線4條。項目設定的產能達產年限為3年(含建設期)，達產後，年產量可達660萬台/套，預計年產銷售收入約10億元。該項目的實施是基於對公司目前產能的整合，不會對公司營收規模帶來明顯變化。
該項目的實施符合國家產業政策支持和公司發展需要，與公司主營業務緊密相關。有利於公司開啟自主創新與全面發展的新徵程，進一步提升生產製造實力；有助於公司擴大產能，提高生產效率和產品質量，降低綜合成本，增強產品市場競爭力；有助於公司提升服務質量，鞏固行業地位，保持公司競爭優勢，從而進一步提升公司盈利水平，為公司的可持續發展奠定基礎，符合公司發展戰略和整體利益。
